Unfortunately shipping errors do happen and sometime packages are treated poorly. Our boxes are made from double corrugated cardboard and are designed to withhold some bumps and bruises. Please reach out to DJ Bikes if there is significant damage to the box in which parts may have fallen out and caused related bike damage.
