The electrical system including the motor, controller, battery, and display are water resistant meaning that you can ride the bike during normal rain conditions. The water-resistance is a requirement of UL 2849 acquired by DJ Bikes. However, please avoid riding the bike under an extreme conditions such as thunderstorms. Also, when crossing creeks or shallow rivers, do not submerge the bike into the water as it will likely cause serious damage to the bike and will not be covered by the warranty.
