We have three different battery types as below. See the attached photos/videos.


  1. The City Bike, Mountain Bike, Folding Bike and Folding Step Thru have the same battery.   Testing instructions: (1) You need one multimeter and set with DC 200V.  (2) Turn on the battery power, Use the multimeter to testing input and output voltage as per the photos. (3) If the voltage number is less than 39V, the battery is defective.
  2. The Fat Bike and Fat Bike Mid Drive have the same battery. Testing instructions: (1) You need one multimeter and set with DC 200V. (2) Press the red switch to turn on the battery power. Use the multimeter to testing input and output voltage as per the video. (3) If the voltage number is less than 39V, the battery is defective.
  3. The Super Bike and the Super Bike Step Thru have same the same battery. Testing instructions: (1) You need one multimeter and set with DC 200V. (2) Press the red button to turn on the battery power. Use the multimeter to testing input and output voltage as per the video. (3) f the voltage number is less than 39V, the battery is defective.
